Privacy policy

This site is a plain, static website for a volunteer garden club. It collects nothing from you.

What we collect

Nothing. There is no contact form, no comment section, no newsletter sign-up, and no member login. The site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. Google sets its own cookies and processes that data under its own privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps short-term server logs that include IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running. The club does not read those logs.

Links to other sites

The site links out to Facebook, to other garden clubs, and to gardening resources. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.

Newsletters and email

Newsletters are published here as PDF files that anyone may read. The club emails newsletters to members using the addresses members supply on the membership form. Those addresses are used for club business only, never sold or shared.
