Armstrong & District Garden Club
The Armstrong and District Garden Club is an active community group with over 30 members. Based in Armstrong, BC, the club is a venue for people in the area who are interested in gardening to share gardening information, meet new friends and learn more about gardening.

Work Parties
The Garden Club holds annual work parties, including planting the petunias along Pleasant Valley Boulevard and the annual plant sale on Mother’s Day weekend.

Parlour Shows
The Garden Club holds parlour shows throughout the year where members can display and share plants from their garden.

Education
The Garden Club holds workshops and maintains an informative Facebook Page all about gardening education in our area.

Planting flowers at PV Manor
Volunteers from our garden club helped with the planting of flowers in deck pots at Pleasant Valley Manor. Our group enjoyed the delicious cookies we were treated to.
Armstrong Garden Club Bursary 2025
The Armstrong Garden Club Bursary this year will go to Pleasant Valley Secondary grad McKenzie Gyorkos. She will be attending the University of Saskatchewan to complete an agriculture degree, with plans to become a professional agrologist.
